Refund Policy

At XafeAds Consulting, we offer customized services across performance marketing, policy compliance, and account recovery. As our services involve strategic planning, execution, and resource allocation, the following refund policy applies:

1. Custom Proposals & Agreements
All services are provided based on custom proposals or formal agreements shared with clients.
By accepting a proposal or entering into an agreement, the client agrees to the scope of work, payment structure, and refund terms outlined therein.

2. Account Unsuspension Services

  • Work begins only after the advance payment is received.

  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable, as it covers initial audit, compliance checks, and execution efforts.

  • The remaining payment is payable only upon successful unsuspension

​In case of non-success or discontinuation:

  • If the suspension is not resolved, no further payment is required

  • If the client discontinues after paying the advance, no refund will be issued.

  • The advance payment remains non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Performance Marketing Services

  • Services are offered under a retainer fee and/or performance incentive model, as defined in the proposal.

  • Work begins once the client approves the proposal.

Payment & Refund Terms:

  • An advance payment may or may not be required.

  • All payments made as per the agreed proposal (retainer, advance, or otherwise) are non-refundable.

  • This includes payments for time, strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing management.

3. Policy Compliance & Advisory Services

  • Engagements are typically structured under a monthly retainer agreement

  • Services commence upon execution of the agreement.

Payment & Refund Terms:

  • All fees paid under the agreement are non-refundable.

  • This includes payments for compliance audits, monitoring systems, advisory, and ongoing support.

5. General Refund Terms

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Services already rendered

  • Time and resources allocated

  • Strategic, consulting, or operational work completed

Any exception to this policy:

  • Must be explicitly agreed in writing

  • Will be at the sole discretion of XafeAds Consulting


6. Acknowledgment

By engaging with XafeAds Consulting and making any payment, the client acknowledges that they have:

  • Read and understood this Refund Policy

  • Agreed to the non-refundable nature of payments as per the proposal or agreement
